We are pleased to be able to offer an OMHOF Summer Music Camp scholarship to Henry Earle this year. Henry attends Skyline K-8, where we scheduled one of our 15  Omhof/Aaron Meyer in the Schools Assemblies this Spring. More about the school program HERE.

Henry sent us a note recently and he really hones in on what music means to him and his life.

To me music is more than noise. Music is a way to express yourself, a way to show emotion. Different types of music are for different types of people, and their emotions. Music can help somebody feel okay about themselves. Music to me is a way to escape from everyday life, whether it’s from simply listening to my favorite bands, or acutely playing my bass. Music helps me know what I am doing in life. It’s a way to feel free.
